Equipment & Plant Officer

Job Summary:
The Equipment & Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all construction equipment and plant machinery deployed across real estate development sites. The role ensures optimal equipment availability, timely maintenance, and compliance with safety standards to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of equipment used in real estate construction such as tower cranes, hoists, concrete pumps, batching plants, excavators, loaders, and generators.
• Coordinate with site engineers to allocate equipment based on project needs and timelines.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime across sites.
• Inspect machinery regularly and ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, breakdowns, repairs, and service history.
• Liaise with vendors for spare parts, repair services, and AMCs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, equipment performance, and operational cost efficiency.
• Ensure operators are certified, trained, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and dismantling of site-based equipment (cranes, hoists, batching plants).

Skills Required:

• Diploma / Degree in B.Tech/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in plant & machinery supervision within real estate or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction machinery operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Strong communication, documentation, and team-coordination skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
