Position Overview

The Equipment Procurement Support Specialist plays a key role on our Equipment team by supporting the Equipment Procurement Manager with the purchasing and coordination of equipment for sale and delivery. This role ensures smooth administrative operations, accurate data management, and strong communication across teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support, information, and guidance to the Equipment Procurement Manager
  • Enter customer information and equipment orders into internal systems
  • Communicate with vendors externally and collaborate with internal departments
  • Perform administrative and support tasks for the Equipment Team
  • Place purchase orders, confirm acknowledgments, and track order progress
  • Maintain accurate procurement data and ensure all information is properly logged
  • Participate in product training to maintain strong product knowledge
  • Offer ideas to improve processes and support company growth
  • Assist with additional related duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration, Purchasing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and general computer applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
