Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Technician to join our team. As an Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of equipment, including automotive, diesel engines, farm machinery, and power tools. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot equipment issues

-Repair and maintain equipment including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems,

- Service and repair diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency

- Maintain and repair landscape machinery, such as tractors, mowers, 2 cycle equipment

-Use diagnostics tools to identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions

-Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure timely completion of repairs

-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

-Operate power tools and equipment to disassemble, assemble, and modify equipment as needed

Skills:

-Strong knowledge of repair techniques and procedures

-Proficiency in diesel engine repair and maintenance

-Experience working with farm machinery is highly desirable

-Ability to diagnose equipment issues using diagnostics tools

-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

-Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in equipment repair

-Ability to transmit technical information clearly to clients or colleagues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
