Equipment Technician – Commercial Kitchen Machines

We supply and rent commercial kitchen equipment across the UAE, including coffee machines, soft serve machines, slush machines, and commercial juicers. We serve cafes, restaurants, hotels, amusement parks, and corporate clients.

We are growing fast and looking for a hands-on technician who can install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment while representing the brand professionally on-site.

The Equipment Technician will be responsible for installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial kitchen equipment across client locations in the UAE.

This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Installation & Setup

• Install commercial machines, soft serve machines, slush machines, and juicers at client locations
• Conduct site inspections before installation (power, water, drainage, space requirements)
• Test and commission equipment to ensure full functionality
• Provide basic operational training to client staff

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform on-site repairs and part replacements
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance visits
• Maintain service records and job reports

Customer Interaction

• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding issues and solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance
• Experience with:
• Coffee machines (semi-automatic/automatic)
• Soft serve or ice cream machines
• Slush machines
• Refrigeration systems (preferred)
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily route scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
