Equipment/Diesel Mechanic - Experienced

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Diesel/Heavy Equipment Mechanic to bring their expertise to our Corona shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair diesel, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Perform detailed inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools/software
• Complete accurate estimates and repair documentation
• Conduct preventive maintenance (oil changes, filters, lubrication, tune-ups)
• Rebuild, adjust, and replace equipment components for performance and longevity
• Ensure equipment meets safety and industry standards
• Maintain clear and professional service records
• Support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic (rental industry a plus!)
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset paired with solid attention to detail
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship completed (preferred, not required)
• Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude
