Equity Partner – Real Estate & Operations (UAE National Only)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic UAE National Partner to join our company as an Equity Partner.
This role is designed for an individual who is willing to invest capital, contribute industry expertise, and play a real, hands-on role in the growth and operations of the business.

The partner will participate in decision-making, business development, and operational execution, aligned with long-term company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in business strategy and decision-making
• Contribute to company operations, management, or expansion initiatives
• Support market entry, partnerships, and regulatory processes within the UAE
• Leverage professional network to support real estate, investment, or business growth
• Collaborate with founders and leadership on long-term vision and execution
• Represent the company in key meetings, partnerships, or negotiations when required

Investment & Equity Structure

• The position requires a financial investment into the company
• Equity percentage will be negotiated based on investment amount, experience, and involvement
• The partner will hold official equity ownership in the company
• Full details to be defined in a Shareholders’ Agreement

Preferred Background

• Real estate experience is highly preferred, including:
• Property development
• Brokerage
• Property management
• Real estate investment
• PropTech or related sectors
• Strong understanding of the UAE business and real estate market
• Previous experience as an investor, partner, or senior manager is an advantage
