Roles & Responsibilities -

• Conduct comprehensive technical and fundamental equity research on assigned sectors, indices, and stocks.
• Prepare detailed research reports, sectoral summaries, and watchlists as per frameworks provided by senior analysts and top management.
• Perform manual and automated stock screening, scanning, and analysis using internal tools and models.
• Assist clients with portfolio reviews, smallcase rebalancing, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on product development, market research, and idea generation.
• Track macroeconomic indicators, corporate actions, and earnings updates influencing market outlook.
• Contribute to internal strategy discussions and improve research workflows and documentation standards.

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 2+ years experience in relevant field or role.
• Strong interest and understanding of stock markets, trading, and financial research.
• Familiarity with technical indicators, charting tools, and fundamental ratios.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or basic analytics tools for research and modeling.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a long-term career in market research.

Work Schedule -

• Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Week Offs: 4 per month
• Paid Leaves: 2 per month

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
