Equity Research Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst to support our research team in analyzing companies, industries, and financial markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for investing, and the ability to interpret financial data to generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in building and maintaining financial models for companies within assigned sectors.

* Conduct industry and company-specific research using public filings, databases, and news sources.

* Analyze historical financial statements and key performance indicators to identify trends.

* Support senior analysts in preparing valuation analyses, forecasts, and investment reports.

* Participate in internal discussions regarding investment ideas and research findings.

* Track relevant macroeconomic indicators and market movements.

* Prepare presentations and summaries of research findings for internal use.

Qualifications

* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field.

* ⁠CA/CFA/MBA preferred

Skills

* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comparable analysis, ratio analysis).

* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

* Genuine interest in equity markets, investment analysis, and financial research.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
