ER / NICU Incharge

Job Title: ER (Emergency Room) In-Charge
Department: Emergency / Casualty

Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Supervision – Oversee daily operations of the ER to ensure smooth patient flow and prompt emergency response.
  • Staff Management – Allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure adequate staffing on all shifts.
  • Patient Care Coordination – Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to deliver immediate and appropriate care.
  • Resource & Inventory Control – Monitor availability of medicines, consumables, and equipment; coordinate replenishment.
  • Training & Development – Conduct and arrange emergency care drills, CPR training, and skill development for staff.
  • Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to NABH, infection control, and hospital safety protocols.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Maintain incident reports, patient records, and monthly performance reports for the ER.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc / GNM Nursing with valid registration.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in ER, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of emergency care protocols and life support procedures.

Job Title: NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) In-Charge
Department: NICU

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Supervision – Oversee and guide nursing staff in providing safe, effective, and compassionate neonatal care.
  • Staff Management – Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and arrange staff training.
  • Patient Care Coordination – Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and support services for individualized patient care.
  • Equipment & Inventory Management – Ensure availability and proper functioning of incubators, ventilators, and other NICU equipment; maintain adequate stock of consumables and medicines.
  • Compliance & Safety – Adhere to NABH guidelines, infection control practices, and neonatal care protocols.
  • Family Support – Communicate with parents about patient condition and provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Maintain patient records, incident reports, and monthly NICU performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc / GNM Nursing with valid nursing council registration.
  • Minimum 10+ years of NICU experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of neonatal care procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Interview Time : 10 AM - 4 PM ( Monday - Saturday) at ISWARYA HOSPITAL - OMR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
