Erection Engineer

Key Responsibilities of a PEB Erection Engineer

• Supervise erection activities: Oversee structural steel erection, vertical alignment, and equipment installation at site
• Coordinate drawings and QA/QC: Check fabrication and erection drawings, ensure compliance with approved procedures and standards
• Team management: Guide junior engineers, site supervisors, and labor teams; provide training on erection techniques
• Problem-solving: Suggest practical design modifications to resolve site issues efficiently
• Monitor compliance: Ensure erection works meet safety laws, industry standards, and company policies
• Technical support: Provide on-site engineering solutions and liaise with design teams for adjustments

Typical Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree (preferred background).
• Knowledge of structural steel erection and PEB systems.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage site teams.
• Problem-solving ability for real-time construction challenges.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,546.23 per month
