We are looking for an experienced Foreman with a solid background in steel structure erection work, capable of supervising site teams and ensuring smooth and safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily steel structure erection activities including columns, rafters, beams, bracings, platforms, handrails, and cladding.
- Allocate and manage manpower (fitters, fabricators, welders, helpers, riggers, etc.).
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and crane operators for work sequence and lifting activities.
- Ensure all erection work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards.
- Check alignment, leveling, bolt tightening/torquing, and ensure quality of installation.
- Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues promptly.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure workers follow HSE guidelines.
- Assist in inspections (WIR/MIR) and coordinate with QA/QC teams.
- Solve on-site issues to avoid delays and maintain productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–10 years experience as Foreman in steel structure erection (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of PEB erection procedures, tools, equipment, and lifting operations.
- Ability to read basic drawings and guide workforce accordingly.
- Experience in working with cranes, boom lifts, and rigging activities.
- Strong leadership, manpower control, and communication skills.
- Previous KSA/GCC experience preferred.
