The ERP Analyst/Developer is responsible for supporting, administering, and optimizing ERP within a manufacturing environment. Critical to the role is deep experience within BI / ETL tools for producing actionable analytics for our operations. This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate requirements into system solutions, and ensure reliable system performance. The analyst also assists with troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and continuous process improvement.
Essential duties and responsibilities

Maintain and support the SAP Business One application, including user management, permissions, and system configuration.

Troubleshoot SAP B1 functional and technical issues; coordinate with vendors/partners as needed.

Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, patches, and SQL Server database maintenance

Collaborate with functional departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales & Client Management, Manufacturing, Production, etc.) to understand business processes.

Document requirements and translate them into SAP B1 configurations or enhancements.

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows within SAP B1.

Build and maintain queries, stored procedures, and formatted searches.

Develop or modify reports using Crystal Reports, Microsoft SSRS, and Domo for integrated dashboards.

Support integration with third-party applications (EDI, Lab testing, formula development, etc.).

Participate in or lead SAP B1 improvement initiatives, version upgrades, FDA regulatory testing within upgrades, and module rollouts.

Assist with configuration, testing, training, and documentation for new functionality.

Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts.

Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting.

Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

Development of true partner relationships laterally across business functions and vertically from individual contributor through executive levels of the organization.

Qualification requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or other related fields.

An ideal candidate would have experience in our current application landscape described below. Noting, we accept strong candidates that align with attributes previously listed that can adapt to our landscape.

2+ years of experience working with SAP Business One, Boyum’s Beas Light Manufacturing addon, and Boyum’s B1 Usability Package. Additionally, Boyum’s Produmex Warehouse Management System is in the roadmap for upcoming deployment.

Proficiency with SQL Server for creating and managing queries, views, stored procedures.

Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS reporting and distribution, and DOMO for integrated dashboards

Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
