About the Role

Pak German Engineers (PGE) is seeking a Bitrix24 Expert to lead the full implementation, configuration, and optimization of Bitrix24 across departments. The selected candidate will digitize and automate workflows for CRM, HR, and Project Management—creating a centralized system for sales tracking, operations, and internal coordination.

This is a key role in driving PGE’s digital transformation as we move from manual systems toward fully automated operations.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Customization

• Deploy Bitrix24 system across departments, configuring CRM, HR, and Project modules.
• Customize workflows, pipelines, and dashboards based on PGE’s structure.
• Integrate Bitrix24 with email, WhatsApp Business, accounting software, and company website.

Administration & Maintenance

• Manage user access, permissions, and automation rules.
• Ensure smooth daily operation, perform system updates, and resolve issues promptly.

Data Migration

• Import and organize historical customer, project, and HR data from Excel/manual systems.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Training & User Support

• Conduct training sessions for all departments.
• Create quick guides/manuals to ensure adoption of Bitrix24 features.
• Provide daily assistance for new or complex use cases.

Automation & Optimization

• Analyze operations to identify manual bottlenecks and implement automation rules.
• Set up automatic notifications, task assignments, and approval processes.

Reporting & Insights

• Build real-time dashboards for management to monitor sales, HR, and projects.
• Generate automated weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience implementing or managing Bitrix24.
• Proven experience setting up CRM pipelines, HR modules, automation, and reporting dashboards.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Bitrix24 tools and integrations.
• Familiarity with API integrations, automation workflows, and custom modules.
• Understanding of databases (MySQL/SQL) and webhooks.
• Basic scripting or coding knowledge (PHP/JavaScript preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with patience to train non-technical users.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
