Position title: ERP Business Consultant/Business Analyst

Skills set : Business Analyst, Any ERP tool ,Acumatica (preferred) ,Microsoft Dynamics 365 ,NetSuite ,SAP Business One ,Oracle , Sage X3/Intacct ,ERP integration projects ,CRM, eCommerce, WMS, payment gateways

Key Responsibilities:

Complete the Acumatica certifications required for the Business Consultant and keep updated with the new developments and features of Acumatica.

Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements across Finance, Distribution, CRM, Manufacturing, or Service Management domains.

Map business requirements to ERP capabilities and recommend best-practice solutions.

Develop and execute UAT plans, manage issue tracking, and ensure functional deliverables meet client expectations.

Prepare and deliver enduser training and detailed documentation.

Collaborate with technical consultants/developers for customizations and integrations.

Provide ongoing post-implementation functional support.

Qualifications:

2+ years of ERP functional consulting or business analysis experience.

Handson experience in at least one ERP system: Acumatica (preferred),Dynamics 365/AX/NAV/GP, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Sage X3/Intacct, Oracle, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of at least two of the following domains:

a)Finance & Accounting

b)Supply Chain & Distribution

c)Manufacturing

d)Project Accounting / Service Management

e)Construction Management

Proven ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Acumatica Functional Certification(s) or willingness to complete Acumatica Partner training.

Experience with low-code/no-code ERP customizations (workflows, generic inquiries, dashboards).

Exposure to ERP integration projects (CRM, eCommerce, WMS, payment gateways).
