ERP Channel Sales - Egypt

Primary Title: ERP Channel Sales Manager

A fast-growing player in the Enterprise ERP and SaaS sector, focused on delivering cloud and on-premise business applications to mid-market and enterprise customers across Egypt and the MENA region.

We are hiring an on-site, commercial leader to build and scale a high-performance channel ecosystem of resellers, system integrators, and distributors across Egypt.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Egypt channel go-to-market strategy to recruit, onboard, and grow reseller and distributor partners that accelerate ERP adoption.
  • Drive partner sales motions: enablement, joint account planning, pipeline creation, and co-selling to meet regional revenue targets.
  • Own partner commercial negotiations, deal registration, discounting, and contract terms to protect margins and ensure predictable closing.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs, successful pilots, and scalable deployment models.
  • Implement partner training, certification, and enablement programs to raise partner competency on product, pricing, and positioning.
  • Track channel performance via CRM/PRM metrics, forecast partner-driven pipeline, and report insights to regional leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proven track record selling ERP or enterprise software through channel partners in Egypt or MENA.
  • Must-Have: Demonstrated experience managing partner lifecycle—recruitment, enablement, co-selling and performance management.
  • Must-Have: Strong commercial skills: contract negotiation, deal registration, margin management.
  • Must-Have: Practical experience with CRM/PRM tools (for example Salesforce) and pipeline reporting.
  • Must-Have: Fluency in English and Arabic; ability to operate on-site across Egypt and travel regionally.
  • Preferred: Prior exposure to cloud ERP / SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite) and an existing partner network in Egypt.
