ERP Consultant

About Us

We are a growing [IT / Consulting / Services] company specializing in ERP implementations, customization, and support. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant with at least 5 years of ERPNext implementation experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations across modules (Selling, Buying, HR, Payroll, Accounting, CRM, Projects, Inventory, etc.).
• Work with business teams to gather and analyze requirements, design workflows, and map processes into ERPNext.
• Configure and customize ERPNext modules without heavy coding, including forms, workflows, roles/permissions, reports, dashboards, and print formats.
• Provide guidance and support for data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities.
• Train end-users and prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
• Ensure ERPNext best practices, scalability, and usability are followed across deployments.
• Support post-implementation, resolve functional issues, and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in ERPNext/Frappe functional consulting or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows across Finance, HR, Payroll, Projects, Sales, Procurement, and Inventory.
• Hands-on experience configuring ERPNext (doctype customization, reports, role permissions, print formats, workflows).
• Ability to gather business requirements, prepare functional design documents, and deliver tailored ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with basic ERPNext scripting/customization (client scripts, server scripts) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in integrating ERPNext with third-party tools (payment gateways, messaging platforms, etc.).
• Exposure to ERPNext cloud hosting and deployment (bench, Linux servers).
• Certification or contribution history in ERPNext/Frappe ecosystem.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
