ERP Consultant (Junior)

We are looking for a motivated Junior ERP Consultant to join our team. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in ERP systems, business processes, and client-facing consulting.

The candidate will work closely with senior consultants, developers, and customers to understand business requirements, support ERP implementations, provide demos, and assist in training and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand basic business processes (Finance, Inventory, Sales, HR, etc.)
• Assist in ERP implementation and configuration under senior guidance
• Participate in customer meetings for requirement gathering and demos
• Prepare basic documentation (process flows, user guides, requirements)
• Support ERP testing, UAT, and issue resolution
• Provide first-level support and coordinate with the technical team
• Assist in customer training sessions
• Learn ERP modules and continuously improve product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or Computer Science
• Fresh graduates or up to 1–2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of business operations or accounting concepts
• Good communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and business consulting
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Completed or enrolled in Gluon Training OR has previously used Gluon ERP
• Exposure to any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Accounting or finance background
• Internship experience in software or consulting companies
