We are building digital infrastructure to make commuting and travel effortless for everyone. As we scale, we are looking for a dedicated ERP Specialist to manage, optimize, and streamline our internal business operations software.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented ERP Specialist / Coordinator to handle the daily management, troubleshooting, and data accuracy of our ERP system. You will bridge the gap between our business operations (ticketing, finance, customer data). The ideal candidate will ensure that our data flows smoothly, generate operational reports, and support the team with any system troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance: Overssee the day-to-day operations of the our ERP system .
  • Data Integrity & Entery: Entery, Monitor and audit data entry across modules (ticketing, user bookings, payments, and accounting) to ensure absolute accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal team members facing system errors, bugs, or workflow issues.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly operational reports for management regarding ticket volumes, bookings, and financial summaries.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our current ERP setup and suggest configurations to make our transport booking pipelines faster.
  • User Training: Create simple documentation and train new employees on how to use the ERP system effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Fresher or 1 years of experience managing or coordinating ERP systems (Experience in tech startups or the logistics/transportation sector is a huge plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP modules (specifically Inventory, Finance, and CRM/Customer Databases). Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to trace data errors back to their source.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to train team members and explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, BS Accounting ,Computer Science, CA (inter) and Article should not included or a related field.
