We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in selling CRM and ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate should understand business workflows, identify client pain points, and present tailored software solutions that help businesses streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, social media, networking, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and present CRM/ERP solutions accordingly
- Conduct product demos (online & onsite) and explain features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups until deal closure
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records in CRM and track all sales activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in selling CRM, ERP, or SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of CRM/ERP modules (Sales, HR, Finance, Inventory, Accounting, POS, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify client needs and convert leads into deals
- Familiarity with Odoo, Zoho, SuiteCRM, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Odoo CRM/ERP sales experience will be considered a strong added advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
