## **Job Description: ERP Executive (Construction Site)**

**Location:** Indore (Project sites may change as per requirement) Surat vapi and Burhanpur.

**Salary Range:** ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

### **About the Role:**

We are looking for an ERP Executive to manage ERP-related activities at construction project sites. The candidate should be capable of handling data entry, coordination, documentation, and daily reporting.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain daily data entry, material records, and stock updates in the Construction ERP system.

* Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and update them in the ERP.

* Generate purchase orders, GRN, material issue slips, and inventory reports.

* Manage contractor billing, labour attendance, and timesheet entries.

* Act as a coordination point between site engineers, store personnel, and the head office for ERP activities.

* Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate when necessary.

* Maintain documentation, file management, and prepare MIS reports.

* Flexibility to travel or shift to different construction sites as per project requirements.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Minimum **1–2 years of experience** in ERP Support / Computer Operator / Data Entry roles (Construction industry experience is an added advantage).

* Strong computer proficiency: MS Excel, MS Office, and general software handling skills.

* Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally ERP / Construction ERP) is a plus.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong attention to detail and time management.
