Job Description – Farvision ERP Executive

Position: ERP Executive (Farvision)Department: IT / ERP / Business OperationsReports To: ERP Manager / IT Head / Operations Head

Role Overview

The Farvision ERP Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, user support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth functioning of Farvision ERP across modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, and Projects. The role involves user training, data validation, customization follow-ups, and coordinating with vendors for enhancements and bug fixes.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and monitor ERP modules and user access rights.

· Provide first-level support to end-users for ERP-related queries and issues.

· Coordinate with ERP vendor for escalations, bug fixes, or upgrades.

· Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and rollouts of new features.

· Ensure timely entry, validation, and reconciliation of data across modules.

· Prepare MIS and analytical reports from ERP for management.

· Maintain ERP master data (customers, vendors, items, projects, chart of accounts, etc.).

· Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve adoption and efficiency.

· Assist in integrating ERP with other applications (HRMS, BI tools, etc.).

· Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.

· Document SOPs, FAQs, and issue-resolution steps for ERP users.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Good knowledge of ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Projects, CRM, HR).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good understanding of business processes in Real Estate / Construction / Manufacturing

· Ability to generate and analyze reports.

· Hands-on with SQL queries (basic level for data extraction preferred).

· Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

· Graduate in Commerce / IT / Computer Applications / Engineering (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA preferred).

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ERP support,

Knowledge of real estate/construction domain will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
