ERP Finance Specialist

This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong ERP expertise who can bridge financial operations with technology-driven business solutions.

Position Overview

The ERP Finance Specialist will oversee financial system processes, ERP optimization, reporting automation, and financial data management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing financial efficiency, supporting system implementations, and ensuring seamless integration between finance and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ERP financial modules and related system processes
• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, customization, and troubleshooting
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve workflows and reporting automation
• Generate financial reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide user training and technical support for finance-related ERP functions
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP finance systems, financial analysis, or finance operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar systems
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Financial Reporting
• ERP System Administration
• Data Analysis & Reconciliation
• Process Automation
• Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience within construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries is advantageous
