We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy ERP Finance Specialist to join our team in Ar Rayyan. The Role: What You’ll Do

As our ERP Finance Specialist, you will bridge the gap between finance and IT. You won't just manage data entries—you will own the financial engine of our ERP ecosystem, optimizing modules, streamlining automated workflows, and ensuring our financial systems accurately mirror our rapid operational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Optimization: Oversee, configure, and maintain the finance and accounting modules of our ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or customized enterprise systems).
• Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in financial workflows (AP/AR, general ledger, asset management) and design automated, compliant ERP workflows to resolve them.
• Financial Reporting & Testing: Ensure seamless data extraction for financial closing, tax compliance, and management reporting. Lead system integration testing (UAT) for all newly deployed finance modules or updates.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary internal point of contact for resolving system errors, ledger reconciliation anomalies, and data mismatches within the ERP.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Train and support the broader finance and project teams on system updates, best practices, and new analytical tools.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Experience: 3–6 years of experience working closely with ERP systems in a corporate finance, systems administration, or financial consulting capacity. (Telecom industry experience is a major plus).
• The Technical Edge: Hands-on expertise in configuring and troubleshooting core financial ERP modules. Strong understanding of SQL, data migration practices, and business intelligence (BI) reporting tools.
• Financial Literacy: A solid foundation in general accounting practices, multi-currency transactions, internal controls, and Qatari financial compliance standards.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex system logic failures and translate them into simple fixes.
• Communication: Flawless professional English (both written and spoken) is required; Arabic proficiency is highly valued.
