ERP Functional Analyst

This Position is for

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Functional Analyst translates business needs into technical solutions from QFFD’s primary departments, such as Programs and Projects Department, Humanitarian Department, Procurement, Finance and Human Resources Department, and helps in creating one complete, shared database to streamline processes and information throughout QFFD. The ERP Functional Analyst acts as a consultant for defining requirements of the ERP software package based on QFFD’s requirements. The ERP analyst tests and maintains required changes. An ERP Analyst helps running organization’s ERP program through proper training of employees. The ERP Analyst monitors the system to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis:

Capture, translate, and document business requirements into functional specifications for the Dynamics 365 solution.

• System Configuration:

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules to align with business processes.

• Process Design:

Design and document functional models, including status flows, data models, and standard operating procedures.

• Data Management:

Assist with data migration, build and enrich data models, and define BI (Business Intelligence) environments.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.

• Testing & Validation:

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final solution meets end-user requirements and quality standards.

• Documentation & Training:

Create functional documentation, user guides, and provide training sessions for end-users.

• Troubleshooting & Support:

Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshoot system issues after implementation.

• Power Apps Integration with Dynamics 365:

Testing, End-user training and Support

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or relevant field.
• 4-6 years’ experience in ERP Systems such as Dynamics 365.
• Good Communication and Problem Solving skills.
• Relevant Certifications.
