Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ERP Functional Consultant / Implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, implement ERP solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of our software. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, configuring the system, and delivering effective solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and requirements to design suitable ERP solutions.
• Configure and implement ERP modules according to business needs.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
• Provide support during ERP go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in the ERP system.
• Suggest process improvements and best practices to clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 – 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, and Sales.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with ERP configuration, testing, and end-user training.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
