ERP Implementation Engineer (Fresher)

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our ERP Support & Implementation team. The candidate will assist in ERP configuration, user support, documentation, and basic troubleshooting. Training will be provided to build technical and functional ERP skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Support

• Assist in resolving user queries and basic ERP issues.
• Log, track, and document support tickets.
• Understand business workflows and help users navigate ERP modules.

ERP Implementation Assistance

• Participate in requirement gathering with senior consultants.
• Support data preparation and data entry during implementation.
• Assist in system testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Help in basic configuration under supervision.

Training & Documentation

• Prepare user guides, manuals, and process documentation.
• Support senior team members in conducting ERP training for end-users.
• Learn and understand ERP module functionality.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of business processes (Inventory, Sales, Finance, HR).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or project experience in ERP or business applications.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or any programming language.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, Tally, ERPNext, etc.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCom, BSc, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or related fields.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
