Job Description:
Multi Techno Integrated Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Executive to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ERP deployment, client coordination, system implementation, user training, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP software implementation projects from initiation to deployment
• Gather and analyze client business requirements
• Configure ERP modules according to customer needs
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support
• Coordinate with technical and development teams for customization requirements
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare implementation reports and project documentation
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–2 years of ERP implementation experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of business processes such as HR, Accounts, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement
• Problem-solving and project coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
