Job Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ERP systems for clients
• Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals/guides
• Support clients during implementation and post go-live phase
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical team
• Manage project timelines and ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout projects

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in ERP implementation or business software
• Basic understanding of accounting, inventory, or HR processes
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and quick learner
