ERP Implementation lead - Odoo

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects for clients across various industries.

Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and business process mapping with client stakeholders.

Design and document functional solutions that align with business needs and Odoo capabilities.

Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate customization and configuration.

Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Train client teams on Odoo functionalities and best practices.

Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and oversee go-live planning.

Provide post-implementation support and optimization.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading ERP implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations.

Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, or HR.

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and training.

Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Odoo functional certification or equivalent experience.

Experience working in an ERP consulting firm or Odoo partner organization.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Technical background or understanding of Odoo architecture is a plus (though not required to code).
