ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an ERP Implementation Specialist to support the deployment and optimization of ERP systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful system implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP system requirements.
• Configure ERP modules to meet business processes and compliance requirements.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
• Train end users on ERP system functionality and ensure proper adoption.
• Prepare documentation for processes, workflows, and user manuals.
• Work with vendors and technical teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement and upgrades of ERP systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in ERP implementation and system administration.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, inventory, and HR.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to train users and provide technical guidance.
