Job Title: ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

The ERP Implementation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The role ensures smooth integration of business processes into the ERP system while meeting organizational goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze current business processes and identify system requirements.

* Coordinate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.

* Plan and manage ERP implementation projects from start to finish.

* Configure and customize ERP modules based on business needs.

* Ensure proper data migration from legacy systems to the ERP platform.

* Conduct system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

* Provide user training and support during and after implementation.

* Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

* Prepare documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

* Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

* Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).

* Project management and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Knowledge of database systems and basic technical concepts is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

* ERP certification (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).

* 3 Years Experience required

Experience with data migration and system integration.

* Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

KPIs (Performance Indicators):

* Successful ERP implementation within timeline and budget.

* User adoption rate and satisfaction.

* System performance and issue resolution time.

* Accuracy of data migration and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
