What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the POS (Point of Sale) module within the Polaris ERP ecosystem.
- Conduct on-site and remote POS training sessions for the clients, ensuring staff understand daily operations, workflows, and reporting features.
- Configure and test POS systems, ensuring smooth integration with inventory, sales, and accounting modules.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their front-of-house operations and tailor setup and training according to their restaurant concept.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful system go-live and seamless transition from implementation to support.
- Provide post-implementation assistance and ongoing training for new staff or system updates.
- Collect client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance training materials and POS usability.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on best practices for POS operations in the F&B industry.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in ERP or POS implementation, user training, or software onboarding.
- Strong understanding of POS workflows, billing, and daily operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and passion for helping businesses streamline operations.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Willingness to travel to client sites for training and setup.
