Job Title: ERP Integration Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Engineer with hands-on expertise in designing, building, and maintaining integrations across ERP platforms such as Infor (HCM, SCM, Finance) and Workday. The role involves developing scalable integration solutions, automating workflows using Infor Process Automation (IPA), and supporting cloud-based SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical integration skills, experience in ERP ecosystems, and exposure to modern AI-enabled automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Integration Development

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across Infor modules including HCM, SCM, and Finance.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications.
• Support API-based, file-based, and middleware-driven integrations.
• Monitor integration performance and ensure high availability.

Infor Process Automation (IPA)

• Develop and maintain IPA workflows including service flows and task automation.
• Create and optimize automation scripts for business processes.
• Troubleshoot workflow failures and performance bottlenecks.
• Enhance operational efficiency through automation best practices.

Workday & Cross-Platform Integration

• Support Workday integrations including EIBs, web services, and custom integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into integration designs.
• Participate in ERP upgrades and enhancement initiatives.
• Support integration testing (SIT, UAT) and production deployments.

Cloud & SaaS Architecture

• Work within cloud-based ERP environments.
• Ensure integration security, data integrity, and compliance standards.
• Support scalable SaaS integration architectures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.

Programming & Automation

• Develop scripts and integration components using JavaScript, .NET, Python, or Java.
• Support API integrations using REST/SOAP protocols.
• Optimize data transformation and mapping logic.
• Utilize AI tools (LLMs, Agentic AI) to enhance automation, monitoring, and development productivity.

Healthcare & Compliance (Preferred)

• Support ERP integrations within healthcare IT environments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, and HR teams when applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP integration development.
• Experience integrating Infor modules (HCM, SCM, Finance).
• Strong experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA).
• Experience with scripting/programming (JavaScript, .NET, Python, Java).
• Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Infor or Workday integration certification.
• Experience with Workday integration tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to healthcare IT environments.
• Experience building or using AI (LLMs, Agentic AI).
• Knowledge of integration middleware or enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹394,835.26 - ₹868,919.69 per year
