Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ERP Manager with extensive hands-on FarVision experience to lead ERP strategy, implementation, and optimization across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of ERP initiatives from discovery to go-live and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP program governance, planning, and execution for FarVision-based initiatives across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations.
- Align ERP capabilities with business goals; map and optimize end-to-end business processes and data flows.
- Oversee configuration, customization, integration, data migration, and security model within FarVision; manage vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk registers, and timelines; monitor progress and report status to leadership.
- Manage the ERP change management process, including training, user adoption, and post-implementation support.
- Define and track metrics, KPIs, and ROI for ERP initiatives; drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and lead a team of analysts/consultants; collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and IT security.
- Stay current with FarVision releases, patches, and best practices; assess impacts and plan upgrade paths.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of ERP experience with strong emphasis on FarVision.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale FarVision deployments and optimizations.
- Deep knowledge of ERP modules (finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing/production, CRM, reporting) and integration with third-party systems.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, data migration, reporting, and basic scripting/automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- FarVision certifications or formal training.
- Experience with ERP upgrades, performance tuning, and data governance.
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and BI/reporting tools.
- Experience in a multi-national or global company environment.
