Junior ERP Odoo Functional Consultant
We are hiring a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant with 6–18 months of ERP/Odoo experience. The role involves assisting in requirement gathering, configuring core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR), testing workflows, and providing user support. Ideal for candidates beyond internship level but not yet intermediate, looking to grow into a full consultant role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Configure and support core Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing (as applicable).
• Translate client needs into functional specifications and propose Odoo-based solutions.
• Perform basic data migration, testing, and validation of ERP workflows.
• Provide end-user training and functional support.
• Collaborate with technical developers to ensure smooth integration and customization.
• Document processes, configurations, and client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to Manufacturing and eCommerce modules.
• Familiarity with basic SQL or functional debugging in Odoo.
• Experience working on real client projects or supporting ERP go-lives.
• Knowledge of project management basics (Agile/Scrum).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
