ERP Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems. The role ensures smooth integration between Dynamics 365 and MES to enhance business operations, production planning, and decision-making.

Role Overview:

The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure troubleshooting system issues, provide end-user support, and deliver improvements aligned with business objectives. This position plays a key role in driving digital transformation, improving data accuracy, and enabling efficiency across manufacturing and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules.
• Integrate ERP with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for production monitoring.
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot ERP workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Work with departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, HR) to capture business requirements and implement solutions.
• Train end-users on ERP & MES functionalities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for upgrades and support.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with IT policies.
• Adaptability to fulfill any other job responsibilities as required by the company.
• Adhering to the EHS requirements for the design office
• Identifying the opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
• Implement new techniques, technologies, or equipment upgrades to improve Design and Machining processes.
• Maintain accurate records of designs
• Providing technical support for product documentation creation at each factory and reviewing the produced documentation
• Adaptability to fulfill any other job responsibilities as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in related field as minimum.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Supply Chain, Production preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MES systems and manufacturing process integration.
• Skills in SQL, Power BI, or related reporting tools (added advantage).
• Problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
