We are hiring for 01x “ERP Sales & Marketing Head” at Fast Track Innovations Pvt Ltd. based in Karachi, Pakistan. Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow QALB ERP solution as a preferred choice for SMEs and large enterprises in Pakistan.
  • Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve aggressive annual recurring revenue (ARR) and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategy tailored to the specific dynamics, industry verticals (e.g., Textile, Pharma, FMCG, Services), and competitive landscape of the Pakistani market.
  • Define clear revenue targets, sales quotas, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Personally manage and drive key strategic accounts and high-value, complex deals involving C-level executives and boards.
  • Oversee proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market penetration.
  • Lead weekly/monthly pipeline reviews, providing accurate forecasting and ensuring the health and progression of the sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
  • Implement best practices in CRM usage and sales process adherence.
  • Design and execute localized GTM strategies for new product features and market segments, ensuring alignment with the sales objectives.
  • Determine the optimal blend of digital marketing, content creation, events, and direct outreach appropriate for the Pakistani B2B software ecosystem.
  • Direct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis on local and international ERP/software players operating in Pakistan.
  • Use insights to refine product positioning, pricing, and messaging for local relevance and impact.
  • Oversee all marketing and lead generation activities, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality, qualified leads (MQLs and SQLs) to the sales team.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimize ROI on all campaigns.
  • Act as a primary spokesperson for the company in Pakistan, representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and media engagements (e.g., PASHA events, industry panels).
