Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in ERP sales. The ideal candidate should be currently available in the UAE and possessing a strong understanding of the local market, client landscape, and sales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions within the UAE market
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver product presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery and implementation
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ERP sales or IT/software solution sales within the UAE
- Must be currently located in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE market and business environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in ERP sales within the UAE
- Experience handling B2B clients across industries
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
