We are hiring a customer-focused ERP Sales & Support Executive to handle client inquiries, conduct online demos, and provide support to existing clients for MySmartSchool ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Conduct online demos to showcase MySmartSchool ERP features and benefits.
- Provide technical support and assistance to existing clients.
- Manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, customer support, or a similar role (preferably in ERP or software solutions).
- Experience in the EdTech, School ERP, or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English (both mandatory).
- Technical Setup: Must have their own laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.
- Familiarity with online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
