ERP Software and Integration Team Lead

It has adopted a new generation organizational structure; operating model and technology, in which the technology teams will especially be fully integrated with business units, and where business knowledge and technology will serve the digital transformation in the most efficient way.

Who We Are Looking For?

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP integration projects and enterprise application connections,
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (Infor LN experience is a plus), relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and SQL/PLSQL, including experience with query optimization, stored procedures, data modeling, and ERP-related reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (logistics, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, procurement and sales/e-commerce channels),
• Hands-on experience with software development and integration technologies (REST/SOAP web services, APIs, middleware tools),
• Experience with integration testing and API validation tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions ,
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ,
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities,
• Following technological developments and ERP integration trends; open to research and continuous learning,
• Able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders with a solution-oriented approach .

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Leading integration initiatives between ERP systems and other enterprise applications,
• Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions in line with business and technical requirements,
• Managing software and integration projects , including planning, execution, resource coordination, and monitoring,
• Collaborating with ERP functional leads (Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless process integration ,
• Overseeing software development and ensuring compliance with coding, security, and documentation standards,
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance, scalability, and security of integrations,
• Preparing and maintaining documentation, workflows, and UAT/test scenarios for integration processes
• Managing testing, validation, and support of software and integration solutions,
• Staying up to date with integration tools, ERP technologies, and software development trends , and applying best practices to enhance digital transformation.
