Job Description

System Development Services is hiring a smart, confident, and well-presented ERP Software Consultant / Product Demo & Training Specialist for AccMaster ERP, our business management software solution.

This is not a pure developer role. We need someone who can learn AccMaster ERP properly, give product demos to potential clients, onboard new customers, and train users after implementation.

The selected candidate should be comfortable giving demos online, visiting client sites when required, and representing AccMaster ERP in local or international exhibitions, events, and business meetings.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, confident in communication, have basic accounting knowledge, and be able to explain software features in a simple and professional way.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand AccMaster ERP modules in detail.
• Conduct online and in-person product demos for potential clients.
• Visit client offices/sites for demos, meetings, onboarding, and training when required.
• Participate in local and international exhibitions, business events, and trade shows when required.
• Represent AccMaster ERP professionally in front of clients, visitors, and business partners.
• Understand client requirements and explain relevant ERP features.
• Train new clients and their staff after onboarding.
• Assist clients with basic software usage questions.
• Prepare user guides, training notes, and simple SOP documents.
• Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements, issues, and customizations.
• Maintain proper records of demos, client feedback, training sessions, and pending tasks.
• Help improve the product demo, onboarding, and training process.
• Follow up professionally with prospects and existing clients.

Required Qualification

• BCS / BS Computer Science completed from a recognized university.
• Minimum GPA: 3.5 or above.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Confident personality with ability to deal with business clients.
• Comfortable with client-site visits, business meetings, and exhibitions.
• Willing to participate in local and international events when required.
• Fast learner with interest in ERP, business software, and client training.
• Must be professional, polite, patient, and well-organized.

Required Accounting Knowledge

Candidate should have basic understanding of:

• Chart of Accounts
• Sales and Purchase Invoices
• Payments and Receipts
• Journal Entries
• Customer and Supplier Ledgers
• Trial Balance
• Profit & Loss Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Inventory and stock movement basics

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP, accounting software, CRM, POS, or business applications.
• Experience in software demos, customer support, client onboarding, or training.
• Experience in exhibitions, trade shows, events, or client-facing presentations will be a plus.
• Knowledge of business processes such as sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, and HR.
• Ability to create simple training material and user guides.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based software and SaaS products.
• Urdu/Hindi communication skills for local and GCC clients will be a plus.
• Previous client-facing experience will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who can become a product expert, trainer, consultant, and client-facing representative for AccMaster ERP.

The person should be able to learn quickly, understand client problems, explain how AccMaster can help, give a proper demo, visit client sites when required, train users, and represent the company professionally in meetings and exhibitions.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month
• Performance-based bonus on successful client onboarding
• Salary growth based on performance after probation

Bonus will be linked with successful client onboarding, training completion, and client payment.
