Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated ERP Software Support Intern to join our technical support team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a long-term career in software, ERP, and business systems support.
You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to our enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing day-to-day ERP and software support to clients and internal teams.
• Help resolve functional and technical issues related to our ERP modules.
• Document support activities and maintain issue tracking logs.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support data entry, testing, and report generation within ERP systems.
• Participate in software demos and client training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or a related field.
• Strong interest in ERP systems, software support, and business process automation.
• Basic understanding of databases, software troubleshooting, or ERP workflows.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
