Job Summary
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) ERP Specialist is responsible for driving the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Supply Chain Management processes and modules within the ERP system. This role serves as a vital link between supply chain business units and technical teams, ensuring that SCM operations align effectively with ERP capabilities and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain activities during ERP implementations and support cycles.

Define SCM strategies within the ERP framework to align with business objectives and enhance process efficiency.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of SCM initiatives.

Analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for ERP optimization and improvements.

Gather and validate business requirements, translating them into functional and technical ERP SCM specifications.

Design, configure, and validate ERP SCM solutions to meet operational needs.

Oversee configuration, deployment, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness for SCM functions.

Act as the primary liaison between SCM users and ERP technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across Finance, Projects, HR, IT, and vendors.

Deliver end-user training, conduct workshops, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Manage change requests, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement of SCM solutions.

Ensure compliance of SCM configurations with internal policies and external regulations, supporting audit and data integrity requirements.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
Certifications

APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Language Skills

Fluent in Arabic and English.
Technical Skills

Proficient in Oracle SCM Cloud (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Logistics).

Experience with FBDI/ADFDI for data loading.

Knowledge of BI Publisher/OTBI for reporting.

Familiarity with SQL for custom queries.

Understanding of integration methods (OIC, Web Services, REST APIs).
