We are looking for a ERP Specialist , who will be responsible for the management and/or follow-up of the process development projects carried out in whole Hospitality&Retail level and for producing the necessary documentation related with these projects for standardization and sustainability.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


• Graduate from Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Informatics, MIS, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance departments,

• Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge in ERP projects,

• Knowledge of inventory management processes,

• Preferably good level in English,

• Preferably experienced in ERP projects from the customer or consultancy firm side,

• Preferably have a basic knowledge of SQL,

• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,

• Completed military service for male candidates,

• Preferably experienced in Dynamics 365 or Axapta 2012.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...


  • To take on the role of project manager in the ERP project and other ongoing projects; ensuring that developments and tests are completed on time, within budget, and at the desired level of quality.
  • To take part in handling, re-designing and implementation of the processes of food and beverage, tourism and retail sectors in the scope of development, revision, standardization and new applications,
  • To prepare the process and business analysis documents,
  • To convey the needs to the IT team in accordance with the system infrastructures and to coordinate technical and field tests,
  • To ensure the establishment and sustainability of the control mechanisms required for all our operations to be carried out in accordance with standard operational procedures,
  • To manage and/or follow up ongoing or planned projects in accordance with the strategic goals of the company and to ensure that these projects are completed in accordance with the specified deadlines and outputs,
  • To observe operations and processes continuously, determining the needs at the necessary points and developing solution suggestions.
