Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. Position Summary:
We are seeking a junior-level ERP Support Analyst to join our ERP transformation team. This position will focus on service desk tasks, ERP-related data entry, and basic server/application support. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, has a strong aptitude for learning technical systems, and enjoys working in a support capacity across both business and IT functions.
Salary Range: $24.00 -28.00 per hour
Job Function:
ERP Support & Data Operations

Perform data entry of key ERP master data including:
-
Bills of Material (BOMs)
-
Production Routings
-
Other configuration or reference data assigned
-
Support the ERP team with documentation updates, test script entries, and ticket tracking

Assist in maintaining data integrity and audit readiness for ERP-related information Application & Server Support

Support the day-to-day operations of technical applications that interact with the ERP system, such as:
-
FedEx shipping software
-
Forms overlay applications for printing documents
-
Monitor and perform basic upkeep of select Windows-based servers running ERP-related tools (no deep server administration required)

Work with IT team to escalate and resolve issues related to server performance, patches, or application updates

Qualifications:

0 – 2 Years of relevant professional experience

High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Strong attention to detail, organization, and task follow-through

Familiarity with ERP systems or databases (SAP, Infor, Oracle, etc.) preferred but not required

Comfortable navigating server environments, technical tools, and systems documentation

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Ability to work with cross-functional teams (ERP, Logistics, IT, Operations)
