ERP Support Specialist (Accounting Background)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt (The role may require travel to company branches or client locations across Gulf countries. Candidates must be open to occasional travel and have no restrictions regarding business travel within the region). The ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Daily tasks include identifying inefficiencies in business workflows, implementing process improvements, troubleshooting ERP software issues, and collaborating with teams to customize ERP solutions tailored to organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Processes and Business Process Improvement
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software solutions
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide on-site support effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting cycles and financial closing
• Experience in construction or manufacturing accounting is a plus
• Ability to train end users and communicate financial concepts clearly
• Experience in technical support for ERP systems or similar software is an asset
