The ERP System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and stability of the ERP environment through effective system administration, monitoring, and maintenance.

• Manage the operational health, security, and performance of the ERP environment
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities
• Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and security settings
• Monitor system logs and implement performance tuning for databases and application servers
• Execute and validate backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures
• Diagnose and resolve system-level technical issues to ensure high availability

• ERP system administration and operations
• Performance monitoring and tuning
• User and security administration
• Backup, recovery, and DR management
• System troubleshooting and availability management

• 8+ years of experience in ERP system administration
• Strong hands-on experience managing ERP environments
• Proven expertise in system patching, upgrades, and maintenance
• Experience with performance monitoring, backup, and recovery
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
