ERP Systems Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise systems environment. This is a junior role designed for someone with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and a desire to learn ERP platforms (such as NetSuite, Plex, or similar systems) and business processes.

The ideal candidate is curious, self-driven, and eager to grow into a technical-functional systems expert while supporting day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Intermediate skills of Excel/Google Sheets, such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, IF statements
• Collaborative, responsive, and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership
• Willingness to learn and a high degree of self-motivation
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to translate between shop floor and systems
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets — cleaning, transforming, and loading structured data
• Strong understanding of process flows and logical procedures

Preferred Qualifications (These can be taught & learned)

• Hands-on experience with data migration or ERP implementation projects
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, including financials, order management, and reporting
• Familiarity with ERP integrations or middleware connecting systems like Plex and NetSuite
• Familiarity with PLC/automation systems or vendor coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Plex by Rockwell Automation or similar cloud-native MES/ERP
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA, GMP, dietary supplements, pharma)
• Understanding of ERP functionality, roles, workflows, and change management processes

Near-Term Focus:

• Learn and become familiar with the company’s ERP system, data structure, and core business processes
• Use Excel to analyze data and support reporting needs
• Assist with data entry, validation, and cleanup within ERP and supporting systems
• Assist with technical project management, such us coordinating with our automation partner (Conperio) on PLC and sensor integrations across the facility
• Manage large-volume data transformation and uploads — parts renaming, BOMs, item masters, UOMs, and more
• Execute data mapping, validation, and cleansing tasks

Long-Term Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, test, and improve workflows across Plex and NetSuite
• Assist with ongoing system enhancements, integrations, and data synchronization between Plex, NetSuite, and other business systems
• Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system utilization across ERP platform
• Contribute to end-user training and documentation
• Onboard new users and maintain SOPs as systems evolve
• Document workflows, configuration changes, and process improvements to support scalable adoption

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
