The ERP Technical Consultant is responsible for the technical operation, security, performance, and availability of the ERP environment, ensuring stable and reliable system functionality.

• Manage the operational health, security, and performance of the ERP environment
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and security configurations
• Monitor system logs and perform performance tuning for databases and application servers
• Execute and validate backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures
• Diagnose and resolve system-level technical issues to ensure high availability

• ERP technical administration and support
• System patching, upgrades, and maintenance
• Performance monitoring and tuning
• User and security management
• Backup, recovery, and DR operations

• 8+ years of experience in ERP technical consulting or ERP administration
• Strong hands-on experience managing ERP technical environments
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues
• Experience with backup, recovery, and DR procedures
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
