ERP Technical Consultant

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic ERP Technical Freshers to join our post‑implementation support team. Selected candidates will be trained extensively to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users during the Go‑Live and stabilization phase.

• Handle issue analysis, debugging, and root‑cause identification.

• Assist in developing customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations as per business needs.

• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business processes and convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform data corrections, import/export activities, and support system maintenance tasks.

• Respond promptly to user tickets and document resolutions.

• Participate in continuous learning and contribute to improving ERP performance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of programming logic and familiarity with any of the following: o JavaScript / SQL / SuiteScript / Python / .NET / Java (any one is sufficient)

• Basic knowledge of databases and web technologies.

• Good problem‑solving and analytical mindset.

• Willingness to learn ERP systems and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Education

• B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / BSc Computer Science or any related technical degree.
